Asset requests

Collect a defined set of files through one secure, expiring link and decide where each accepted file belongs.

Build the request

Open Requests, name the request, set its expiration, and add one row for each file you need. Every row can define instructions, required status, accepted MIME types or extensions, a size limit, and a destination bucket.

Collect and review

The sender adds an optional name and email, uploads each required file, and submits once. Files stay temporary until you approve, reject, assign to another bucket, or use one as a replacement for an existing asset.

Destination behavior

Approval saves the file into the destination bucket selected for that requested field. Assigning during review can choose a different bucket, while replacement keeps the existing asset's stable identity and bucket path.

Request links can last up to one year. Revoked or expired links return 410 Gone and no longer accept uploads.
