Delivery links

Every file can be public, private, or shared through a time-limited signed URL.

Public files

Public files have a stable URL that can be copied without a token. Use public delivery for websites, product media, documentation, and other content intended for broad access.

Private files

Private files cannot be fetched through the public URL. Use a signed URL when a browser or external system needs temporary access.

Signed URLs

Signed URLs include an expiration and should be generated only when needed. They are available for both public and private files.

Treat signed URLs like temporary credentials. Do not place long-lived signed URLs in public source code.
