Terms of Service

The service

SteadyLink is a versioned file-delivery service. It lets you store files, keep revisions, control access, and deliver files through URLs you manage.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, workspace members, API keys, and the actions taken with them. Keep credentials private and tell us promptly if you think an account or key has been accessed without permission.

Your files

You keep ownership of the files you upload. You give SteadyLink only the limited permission needed to receive, scan, store, transform, copy between revisions, and deliver those files at your direction.

You must have the rights needed to upload and distribute each file. Do not use SteadyLink for content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, contains malware, exposes personal data without a lawful basis, or attempts to bypass a security control.

Security checks and access

We may scan uploads, block files that fail a security check, and limit or suspend activity that threatens the service, other customers, or the public. A clean scan does not guarantee that a file is safe or suitable for every use.

Plans, limits, and billing

Each workspace has published limits for storage, delivery, management operations, conversion credits, and members. Current limits and usage are shown in workspace settings. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing portal. Any metered use or overage setting requires the workspace owner's separate confirmation.

Availability and changes

We work to operate the service reliably, but no online service is uninterrupted. We may change or retire features when needed for security, legal compliance, or the operation of SteadyLink. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new version date.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and remove workspace content at any time, subject to retention needed for security, billing, dispute handling, or legal obligations. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.

Acceptance

Creating an account, accepting an updated version at sign-in, or using SteadyLink after acceptance means you agree to these Terms. Your acceptance is recorded with the version date shown on this page.
