Solutions for creators

Update your résumé. Not every application.

Attachments freeze your résumé the day you send it. A SteadyLink keeps one address in your profiles and applications while the PDF behind it stays up to date.

Every place above uses the same link, so all of them open the live file.

The problem

Recruiters read the version you sent months ago

Your résumé sits in applicant tracking systems, referral emails, and your profile, each as a separate copy from a different date.

When you add a new role or certificate, there is no way to update the copies you have already handed out.

How SteadyLink fixes it

One link that always opens the latest PDF

Upload your résumé and share its link wherever a form or profile accepts one. When you edit it, replace the file. The link opens the new PDF.

Same link after every edit

Replace the PDF and the address in your applications and profiles keeps working.

Opens in the browser

Recruiters can read the PDF without downloading it first.

Know when it was opened

Views and traffic sources show when your résumé link was opened and where from.

Convert to PDF first

Use the built-in converter to turn a DOCX into a PDF before you upload it.

Set it up in three steps.

  1. 01

    Upload your résumé

Add the PDF, or convert a DOCX to PDF with the built-in converter and save the result.

    career / resume.pdf

  2. 02

    Share the link

Paste it into applications, your profile, and your email signature.

    cdn.steadylink.io/a/alex-chen-resume

  3. 03

    Replace after every change

Upload the new version. Anyone who opens the link sees it.

Questions

Uploading and replacing files
Should I still attach a PDF when a job form asks for one?

Yes. Upload the file where a form requires it, and add your SteadyLink in the cover letter or a links field so reviewers can open the current version later.

Can I keep my résumé private?

Public links can be opened by anyone who has them. Paid plans support private files with time-limited signed links if you want tighter control.

Will my old résumé still be reachable?

Only through the revision history in your dashboard. The public link always serves the current version.

What happens to the old file when I replace it?

It becomes a retained revision. The link serves the new file, and you can look at or restore earlier revisions from the dashboard. The Free plan keeps revisions for 30 days and paid plans keep them longer.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. The Free plan includes public stable links, 2 GB of storage, and up to 3 collections. Paid plans add private and signed links, more storage, and longer revision history.
