Your portfolio changes. The link you sent doesn't.
Applications, cold emails, and client threads all carry the portfolio link you had at the time. With SteadyLink, that link always opens your latest work.
Every place above uses the same link, so all of them open the live file.
The problem
Old portfolios keep circulating
You send a portfolio PDF to a recruiter in March. In June you finish your best project, but the March version is the one still sitting in their inbox and in the hiring tracker.
Rebuilding a website for every change is slow, and re-sending attachments means hoping people delete the old copy.
How SteadyLink fixes it
One address for your current work
Upload your portfolio PDF or individual pieces into a collection. Share its link. When you add a project or replace the PDF, the same link shows the new version.
Replace the PDF in place
Upload a new version of the file. The link stays the same and the old version is kept as a revision.
Show pieces as a grid
A collection page displays images with previews and lets visitors open or download each piece.
Web-sized images on request
Add size and format parameters to an image link to serve a smaller WebP or AVIF without exporting another copy.
See who looked
Analytics show views, downloads, and where visits came from, so you know when a link was opened.
Set it up in three steps.
01
Upload your work
Drop in your portfolio PDF, images, or case-study files and group them into a collection.

02
Share one link
Paste the collection or file link into applications, your email signature, and your profiles.

03
Replace as you grow
Swap in the new PDF or add a project. Everyone with the link sees the update.
Can I share a single PDF instead of a page of files?+
Yes. Every uploaded file gets its own stable link. Share the file link directly, or put several files in a collection when you want a page with previews.
Will people who downloaded the old PDF get the new one?+
No. A file that was already downloaded stays on that person's device. Anyone who opens the link again gets the current version.
Can I add my own name and colors to the page?+
Collections support a display name, logo, link to your website, and brand colors. Customizing branding depends on your plan.
What happens to the old file when I replace it?+
It becomes a retained revision. The link serves the new file, and you can look at or restore earlier revisions from the dashboard. The Free plan keeps revisions for 30 days and paid plans keep them longer.
Do I need a paid plan?+
No. The Free plan includes public stable links, 2 GB of storage, and up to 3 collections. Paid plans add private and signed links, more storage, and longer revision history.
