Journalists, bookers, and brand partners save the press kit link you gave them. SteadyLink lets you update what is behind it instead of sending a new folder every season.
Every place above uses the same link, so all of them open the live file.
The problem
Outdated photos end up in print
An editor finds your press kit link from last year and runs the old headshot, the old logo, and a bio that lists a job you left.
Shared-drive folders break when someone reorganizes them, and zip files are frozen the moment you send them.
How SteadyLink fixes it
A press page you can keep editing
Put your press photos, logos, bio, and one-sheet into a collection. Replace any file when it changes. The link in every past email now points to the current kit.
Replace a photo, keep its link
Swap the headshot or logo file and every embed or direct link to it updates.
Download one file or browse all
Visitors see previews of every item and can download just what they need.
Print and web sizes from one original
Upload the full-resolution image once and request smaller versions through URL parameters.
Know when it is used
See views, downloads, and traffic sources for the kit and for each file.
Set it up in three steps.
01
Collect your assets
Upload press photos, logos, your bio, and fact sheets, then add them to one collection.
collection / press
02
Share the kit link
Add it to pitch emails, your website footer, and your booking or agency profile.

03
Update between seasons
Replace a photo or bio when it changes. The same link serves the new files.
Yes. Each item in a collection has a download button that delivers the original file you uploaded.
Can I keep an unreleased kit private?+
Collections can be public, password-protected, or set to expire, so you can share an embargoed kit and open it up later. Available access options depend on your plan.
Will a search engine index my press kit?+
Only if you want it to. Each collection has a setting that asks search engines not to index it. Anyone with the link can still open it.
What happens to the old file when I replace it?+
It becomes a retained revision. The link serves the new file, and you can look at or restore earlier revisions from the dashboard. The Free plan keeps revisions for 30 days and paid plans keep them longer.
Do I need a paid plan?+
No. The Free plan includes public stable links, 2 GB of storage, and up to 3 collections. Paid plans add private and signed links, more storage, and longer revision history.
