A container for one or more icon sizes used by Windows and web favicons.

ICO to JPG
What changes in the file, and what to check before you share the result.
An ICO file can contain several icon sizes. The result is a single JPG image, so check that it came out at a size that works for you.
ICO can hold transparent areas, but JPG cannot. Transparent pixels are filled with a solid background, so logos and cut-outs will sit on a box. Keep the ICO if you need the transparency.
JPG uses lossy compression, which keeps photographs much smaller than the ICO. Photos convert well; screenshots, text, and flat graphics can look slightly soft around edges. Raise the quality setting if you notice artifacts.
Open the converter settings to set an output width and quality for every JPG in the batch. Leave the width empty to keep the original dimensions.
Short answers about limits, privacy, and keeping the converted file.
