WebP image
A modern web image format with lossy, lossless, and transparent modes.
Best for smaller website images and modern browsers.
Lossless TIFF output stops further compression loss, at a larger file size. Add your files, convert them in one batch, and download each TIFF directly.
The converter runs in your browser and an isolated processing queue. Nothing to install, and every upload is scanned for malware before it is processed.

WebP to TIFF
What changes in the file, and what to check before you share the result.
An animated WebP contains several frames. TIFF holds a single image, so the result is a still picture rather than an animation.
TIFF does not add compression artifacts of its own, but it cannot restore detail that WebP compression already removed. Expect a larger file with the same visible quality.
TIFF is common in print, scanning, and archival work and is accepted by print shops and image editors. Files are large compared with web formats.
Open the converter settings to set an output width and quality for every TIFF in the batch. Leave the width empty to keep the original dimensions.
WebP files can be lossy or lossless and may contain transparency or animation.
Short answers about limits, privacy, and keeping the converted file.
No. TIFF stores one image, so an animated WebP becomes a still. Static WebP files convert normally.
No. The TIFF looks the same as the WebP. It is useful when you need to edit the image repeatedly without adding more compression, or when a program requires TIFF.
Yes. Without an account you can convert up to 10 files a day, 2 at a time, up to 25 MB each. A free account adds monthly conversion credits and larger files.
Guest uploads and results are deleted automatically after 1 hour. Conversions stay temporary when you are signed in too, unless you save a result to your workspace.
Yes. Save the result to a SteadyLink workspace and it gets a stable link. If you make a new version later, replace the file and the link stays the same.
